- GDPR compliance in all respects: secure storage of data; deletion of data when required by the client.
- We will not pass on your personal or financial data to third parties unless you authorise us to do so, with the following authorisations being implicit in our terms of engagement:
- Your data will be passed on to HMRC to enable us to file tax returns.
- Your data will be passed on to Companies House to enable filing of accounts and confirmation statements for limited companies.
- We reserve the right to pass on data when requested by law enforcement officials in connection with investigation into alleged unlawful activities of a client. We will have no legal liability for such disclosures of information.
